Safari Blue

Oh yeah!

Another full-day on the crisp-clear turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.

In this trip, you will get to sail with a traditional Dhow boat into the Menai Bay conservation area.

These boats have been used in the past hundreds of years to transport people and goods between the mainland and the island.

You will have multiple stops along the way: a sandbank to grab a fruit snack and take some “many likes” pictures, a wonderful lagoon created by the stunning rock formations, you will do some snorkeling (obviously) and last but not least, you will make a stop on Kwale Island, where our crew will cook a delicious seafood barbecue. After a full day on water this is exactly the kind of fuel you need to recharge your batteries.

After you finished lunch, you can do a quick shopping spree from the souvenirs shops nearby.

On your way back, if the wind is helping you, you will unroll the veils and you will sail the old but gold way: no engine noise, just the sound of the waves crashing into the boat’s body.
